Living Social FAQ

Answers to Frequently Asked Living Social Voucher issues

My living social voucher has expired, can I still use it?
Yes. Your living social voucher may have expired for the promotional value($50), but it is still good for the paid value of $25. You can use the same voucher number provided to you and apply it to your order for a $25 credit.

Why won't my living social code apply?
The most common reason is you forgot click the apply button. Once you enter your code in the box, you MUST click the APPLY button to the right of it to apply to your order.

I have applied the code, but there is still a shipping charge.
The living social voucher cannot be used for shipping costs as stated in the fine print when you purchased the voucher. However if your order subtotal is over $75, your order will qualify for free shipping

When I try to apply my voucher, I get the error "No Such certificate exists".
This error usually occurs when you enter the code incorrectly. You must enter all the dashes in the voucher. It is sometimes hard to distinguish the zeros 0 from the letter O and ones 1 from the letter I. Therefore, we recommend you copy and paste the code from living social to the box. To do this, simply highlight the voucher number on living social's website or in the email you received; right click on your mouse and choose copy. Click inside the promo box on our site where you need to enter the code. Right click again and choose "Paste". Your code should be in the box, but don't forget to click the "Apply" button.

I entered my code, but when I get to the final page of the checkout the total does not reflect my discount.
To solve this, simply re-enter your code in the promo code box under the "Order Summary" area on the right hand of the screen. Be sure to click the apply button and your discount should apply immediately and your new total will be displayed. An example pic of the area is below.
