- Orders using Living Social or Groupon vouchers are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
- A 20% restocking fee will be accessed on all other returned orders regardless of condition.
- Clearance items are not returnable.
- Returns and Exchanges can only be authorized within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- All returns and exchanges must be authorized by a Wallums.com represenatitve and must have a Returned Merchandise Authorization number(RMA#).
- Refunds can only be issued for items returned in the original, unused condidion. The decal must be rolled. Do not fold the decal.
- Decals that are folded or cut apart when returned will not be accepted.
- Shipping costs will not be refunded.
- All return shipping is to be paid for by customer.
- Customer who return items that qualified for free shipping will recieve a credit minus the restocking fee and minus the initial cost of shipping for the item.
- RMA #'s will only be given to original purchaser.
- Custom orders, Personalized items, color samples or test decal packs are not returnable or exchangable.
- Decals that do not adhere to textured walls or unfit surfaces are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Decals that are damaged during installation cannot be returned or exchanged. Wallums.com may provide a replacement decal at a discounted rate under our discretion.
- All returns must be shipped back using a trackable and insured shipping method. We recommend Fedex.
- If an item is missing a piece, the piece may be replaced at Wallums.com discretion. We would need proof(picture) that the piece is missing.
